Whilst this portfolio is extensive, it  is not exhaustive, should you require assistance with something that is not listed please feel free to contact us where we will endeavour to provide these additional services for you.

For those property owners who prefer to delegate their tenant’s enquiries, Catterall & Moore can offer continuous support packages and key holding services for a set monthly fee.

Catterall & Moore can provide total freedom to Landlords from the day to day queries of their tenants, all correspondence from the tenants would be initially fielded by us, within our normal office hours.

Catterall & Moore can arrange a maximum minor repair limit with the individual client, furnishing Catterall & Moore with the authority to carry out minor repairs to that value.

Any maintenance exceeding the maximum repair limit would require prior authorisation from the property owner, prior to any works being carried out.

Catterall & Moore provide clients with a portfolio of two or more properties, discounts on our monthly fee.
